The location of the hotel was great, with easy access to the slopes and ski bus stop nearby. It was convenient to get to the Rifflseebahn and also the Pitztal Gletscher. The hotel also had a slope for the little ones and a children's playground, which was nice for families with young kids.
One major disappointment was the lack of variety in the breakfast menu - it seemed like the same options were offered every day. the gym facilities were poor, not suitable for someone looking for a proper workout.

This is not a 4 star hotel, max 3 star. Wellness area has only saunas, nothing more.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for my ski holiday, with easy access to the gletscher and ski areas. The hotel facilities were great, especially the storage room for ski equipment. The staff were super friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast buffet was excellent, providing a great start to my day.
There was nothing I didn't like.

The place is very close to Gletscherbahn. The food was very good. Who like it sauna will be satisfied - several possibilities.
I was expected the small swimming pool in wellness but is missing.

the staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to ensure I had a comfortable stay. the hotel's location was also perfect for my needs, with the ski slopes just a few steps away. I enjoyed the convenience of having a ski-bus stop right in front of the hotel, making it easy to get around.
Uncomfortable beds, inadequate room temperature control Unfortunately, the beds in the rooms were uncomfortable, which made it difficult for me to get a good night's rest. the room temperature control was inadequate, resulting in rooms that were too hot for my liking.

The location of this hotel simply couldn't be better for skiing enthusiasts. With the ski lift just a short 5-minute walk away, accessing both the gletscher area and the main ski area is incredibly convenient.
All aspects of this hotel were top-notch, nothing could be improved.
